How do I place an order?
Simply add the required items to your basket, go to checkout, enter your details in the required fields and then look forward to receiving your item(s).

We will try to use your prefered delivery option however this is not always possible.
Please allow at least 5 working days for us to dispatch ( 14 for handmade items) ,
although this may be sooner.
Only part of my order has arrived?
Due to stock location, your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel
and over a few days.
However, only one delivery fee will be charged per order.
You will receive an email from us once the order has been fully dispatched

Returns & refunds
Please send us a message if you wish to return a product or require a refund, for whatever reason. We will endeavour to rectify any problems you have, however, we operate a 14 days returns policy from receipt of the item, and any return postage costs are to be paid by yourselves.
